This is the menu for July and August.The contents will change depending on the season.

◆Three kinds of appetizers: Edamame tofu, Kamo eggplant simmered in broth, and octopus with plum paste

◆Sashimi: Sea bream, tuna, amberjack, conger eel, sweet shrimp

◆Grilled Assortment of Dishes: Chiyoguchi (eel and cucumber salad), grilled sweetfish with salt, pickled myoga ginger

Shrimp and mackerel pressed sushi, sweet potato simmered in lemon, and ground cherry (sea urchin and taro)

◆Small pot of Wagyu beef sukiyaki

◆Deep-fried dish: Pike conger wrapped in asparagus and deep-fried with seaweed.
