◆Assortment of three kinds of sake snacks: Ginkgo tofu, grilled matsutake mushroom, and saury marinated in kelp

◆Assortment of five kinds of premium sashimi

Grilled hassun (sea urchin tartar sauce), sweet chestnuts, avocado and sweet shrimp sake kasu dressing, Hagi maki

Autumn mackerel sushi, sweet potato rice crackers, and chrysanthemum turnip

Small pot: Specially selected beef loin sukiyaki

Deep-fried dishes: Deep-fried swordfish with white chrysanthemum, deep-fried shrimp with kanoko, matsutake mushroom tempura with shishito peppers, matcha salt, and vinegared tempura

Vinegared dish: Grilled Hiraragi Kinshu dressed with ginger vinegar
